Refund policy

If the product you purchased doesn't work for you, email ella@plasticfreemeshop.com with your:

• Full name
• Email address used to purchase
• Name of the product you wish to return

We will reply with the returns address and a shipping label. Once your unwanted product arrives you will receive a full refund (processing times vary due to banking providers).

**Please note if your product has OVER 50% USE you will not qualify for a refund**

For example if you purchased a product that is 50ml and you have used 30ml you will not qualify for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
