She has a deep passion for ethical and fair trade ingredients and has never accepted anything less. 13 years later, Bennetto blocks are now produced in Switzerland's leading carbon-neutral chocolate factory.

Over the years Bennetto has contributed an additional AU$120,000 in Fairtrade premiums to their cooperatives. Giving farmers a protected income, education and support to produce quality and consistent yields.
