In 2010 school teacher Lucy Bennetto started making chocolate in her home kitchen in Christchurch, New Zealand.
She has a deep passion for ethical and fair trade ingredients and has never accepted anything less. 13 years later, Bennetto blocks are now produced in Switzerland's leading carbon-neutral chocolate factory.
