Push up the base of the deodorant stick to use.

Give it a quick rub in with your fingers and leave for a few minutes before putting clothes on. Natural deodorants have a tendency to rub off on clothes if not rubbed in well.

Natural deodorants get softer in summer months and firmer in the winter so keep in a cool dry place. (Pro tip: pop it in fridge in extreme heat)

Deodorant is not antiperspirant so you will still sweat! But you won’t smell. This is great news for your sweat glands as they won't be blocked by aluminium - which the key ingredient in antiperspirants (studies have found that it's linked to breast cancer).
