Rub a pea/ blueberry size amount straight onto your armpits using fingers

Rub it in thoroughly and leave for a few minutes before putting clothes on. Natural deodorants have a tendency to rub off on clothes if not rubbed in well.

Natural deodorants get softer in summer months and firmer in the winter so keep in a cool dry place. (Pro tip: pop it in fridge in extreme heat)

Deodorant is not antiperspirant - so you will still sweat! But you won’t smell. This is great news for your sweat glands as they won't be blocked by aluminium - which is the key ingredient in antiperspirants (studies have found to be linked to breast cancer).
